I think it may be due to a combination of players being slightly pissed off with the rotation policy and a loss of confidence, which has made us play poorly of late. I've noticed a notable improvement in our play though yesterday, and maybe it's a sign of things returning to normality.

I think we are all finally realising how much Agger and Alonso bring to the team.

we started on fire for the first 10-15 mins. hopefully these 2 big games coming up will see us back to our best

People are not happy because they want more, they don't want to settle for 2nd best again. That means crushing these smaller clubs and not just fudging through the games. By anybodies standards we have been poor for a number of weeks. We need to up our game to compete for the top spot and not just win the odd game in 3. It's frustration for most as much as anything. We allegedly have a fantastic squad but yet again our top players are injured.

Remember scum drawing at home vs reading and the way they were time wasting by holding ball near corner flag vs the mighty sunderland at the theatre of delusions. every team has bad games. ours has coincided with injuries to gerrard, alonso, torres, agger, arbeloa? and the loss of pako.
We'll be back and stronger than ever
