Thanjk you.

I love Carra's answer when asked about the 'penalty' at the end. None of the usual, 'Hmmm, well, the ref didn't give it...,' stuff you get from players. Just:
Anyone else watch "The Last Word" today? Yes, yes I know.
Andy Gray was unbelievably bitter.
Moaning that the ref couldn't have seen the shirt pull on Gerrard for the first pen, and then criticizing the ref for changing his mind on the colour of card, and getting the decision right.
Then saying Kuyt should've been sent off, but years before in a similar incident http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=20If7fnKSyg he says Henry "was just trying to block the ball".
Then on the two penalty shouts Lescott had, he was completely and utterly overcome with bitterness.
It was brilliant telly, as was Peter Reid yesterday.

I watched it just to see his reaction. Typical bitter response. He forgets to remember the incidents last season at Woodison leading to their goals

Rafa's comment on that yesterday was priceless. When asked about the decisions he said "Their first two goals against us here last season came directly from fouls....they weren't moaning then, were they?!"
Gray's argument that the Ref couldn't give a pen beacause he couldn't have seen Hibbert pull Gerrard - invalidated anyway by the fact that it was the contact with his knee, clearly visible to Clattenberg, that was the foul - seemd to have been forgotten when the camera angle showed that Clattenberg clearly could not see what was going on goalside of Carra and Lescott, where what pushing and pulling there was was going on. His naked bias angered me at the time (also his snidey comment about Lucas looking alright - 'against a tiring 10-man team'), but now I'm finding it all hilarious.
Thing is, Clattenburg is easily the best ref in the country. Styles on the other hand has been consistantly **** over a long period of time, he's one of the 'oh **** him again' refs.
