This will recover, and thanks to the desire to not get beat this season we are still unbeaten in the league even though we are playing ****e.

Sooner or later we are going to click, having xabi back will help because his passing will help us a lot when were playing ****.

Our players are playing ****e at the min nothing more nothing less. I have full confidence that we'll do the Arsenal on Sunday and we will be in a great position entering November. We haven't played well for a few games now and I think our lads panicked a bit last night. We all sing a certian song before and at the end of each game lets make those words count for something and make sure our lads don't walk alone when they need us most.

I think everyone has gotten too deep tbh in looking for causes/reasons etc. I dont believe there is one.

We have fallen foul of the age old problem, which is "what to do when most of your key players are off form"

The answer to this I have always found is that there is nothing you can do other than support the ****s until they play through it and find there form again.

Absolutely - After the 6-0 win we had the Int break. Then Rafa had five changes for the Pompey game. That failure to build on the 6-0 momentum has cost him dearly.

That said I can't believe how much kneejerk we are witnessing after this defeat.

I have been negative in the past but this is too much even for me.

I think everyone has gone overboard with the criticism becasue of just how shocking a performance it was last night. Made me wonder just how much "class" we really do have in that team. It was painful watching us try to pass it and move quickly like Arsenal and fail so miserably when our strength in Europe has been the slow patient, possession passing game. We need to get back to basics.

But yeah, let's back the boys for Sunday. They need our support more than ever
