Finish fifth would mean that we more or less can't sign any top quality players but we would see how a few of our young players would cope in the league.

It would also mean a loss of probably around £20m-£30m with no money from the CL. Add that with the around£10m-£20m we will probably miss out on this season if we gets knocked out then I can't imagine that G&H would be to happy. They have a £400m new stadium to pay for.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

you're overstating the money gained from the CL, finishing 4th entitles you to the smallest amount of the pot, and you'd only get the numbers you speak of by getting to the final, and also dependant on how far the other english teams go. It's a decent amount of money still but not a loss of 20-30mil

If we are going backwards then out he goes. However, I have a nasty feeling that once Madrid come knocking again, and they will, he'll be off regardless.

So be it then, its his home club you cant argue against him wanting to go if he wants to

Oh aye, someone else will come in, but I doubt they'll be as good as we have now.

Very True we have one of the best if not the best coaches in the world, we are very lucky to have him but so is he being at Liverpool.

              He'll get it right
