Him Tyler and Keys are so anti-Liverpool it's untrue. Rob Hawthorne hates us as well. Hes so biased it's a joke. My missus is an Arsenal fan and even she said his anti-liverpool commentary is a joke. I'm going to start watching the game on mute

Nothing has really changed. We never get any credit off the press or tv people so now I don't really give a ****. I'm happy with the start we've made to the season in the Premiership. Happy with a well deserved point yesterday as for all their play Arsenal didn't create a great deal of clear cut chances. All well and good playing fancy dan football but they didn't win and missed two sitters. So **** that!

We had this same **** when they beat us twice in the Cups last season. 'Oooh Rafa has nothing on Wenger, Arsenal are class etc etc' But who finished above who in the League and who got to a Cup Final?!

Give Arsenal those injuries we've had to cope with and lets see how they get on in the League. Invincibles my ar*e.

Anyone who thinks this pr*ck isn't biased needs there head examined.

1 example 10 minutes or so into the second half yesterday Risse and an Arse player slide in for the ball at the same time followed by another couple of crunching tackles from our boys the ball goes out for a Liverpool throw midway into Arsenal terratory, The Kop are really getting fired up (because the lads are getting stuck in and making progress)

Gray says, The kop are starting to gat restless.

Wtf hes a negative f*ker he isolates Stevie from the rest of the team endlessly calling him son etc, and he mentions rotation once every 60 seconds. Failed to comment on the brilliance of Alonso and the impact his injury had.

Anyway that's not true cos Jonny Phillips isn't. I know cos we used to play together when we were small and he is a Liverpool fan. So there.

do what i do: switch the tv com and use radio 5 live.
The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and goodwill shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers and you will know my name is The Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee. In fact which commentator (or co-commentator) is actually good and worth listening to?

As an aside have you heard the female commentator on match of the day?
I have to say, I like Pleat. I know his voice is droning and dull, but nearly everything he says (and writes in his broadsheet column) is spot on IMO. He gives good info on why managers are making various tactical alterations, and his knowledge of footy is damn good.

I quite like Andy Gray, he does talk bollox sometimes yeah but he does call it right quite often and it doesnt bother me in the slightest that his views can be a little warped sometimes, hes paid to give his views and thats that.

What i dont do is allow him or any other pundit to form my opinion on the game for me. I listen to what they have to say, but i form my own opinion on what ive seen and be it right or wrong at least its mine.
IMO there are too many numpties who watch Sky etc and take everything these pundits say as gospel. Some will like us, some wont and thats the way it is. They cant all be Thommo can they?

LIke I told a fella I met in Sam Dodds after the game when Gray was on the tv there with no sound - I don't have to listen to that ****, cause I know exactly what ****e he will be sprouting off right now anyway.

                        Remember " 3 - 0 Game over "

Sums him up, he'll never understand what being a real supporter is all about.

His commentaries on Liverpool games are a disgrace, On Sunday he was going on an on and on about how wonderful the arse were, we led for 80mins and yet he kept on bumming them up..when they did score I think he may have had a little accident in his pants.

He is without doubt the worst commentator on TV.

You can hardly blame him for calling game over at 3-0 - it ****ing was at that stage, who couldve predicted that!!!!!

He doesnt need to understand what being a supporter is all about, hes paid to give an opinion and he does that, we dont have to agree with him.
He does go over the top about his favourites sometimes, but in fairness Stevie is clearly one of them and he praises him regularly.
People pay far far too much attention to pundits and commentators who will always call it a certain way, a lot of it is job justification IMO.

At half time I honestly hadn't given up hope. But then again I never do, My support is for the full 90 minutes what I didn't want to hear was a so called commentator telling me the game was over when quite clearly it wasn't. Why have a commentator if he makes inaccurate assumptions. Maybe he should have offered an opinion as to how we could change tactics to try and start a fight back, but no he's no good at that he's only good at telling you what's just happened.

IMO he should understand what being a supporter is about, it's us mugs that pay his wages in Sky subscriptions.

he's not a pundit and he's not a good commentator either. he only knows two extremes there's nothing in between.
like when a defender intercepts a pass he goes "the defender was always gonna get there first" and if he doesn't he either says a) "what a pass, the defender was never gonna get there" or "what a shocking interception, the striker was always gonna get there first" ... an idiot in my book.
