    I totally agree that Rafa MUST be given time to finish this project - or at least let the foundations set into place!! We have so many promising young players it is only a matter of time before Rafas 'vision' will come good.

    Can anyone remember Wengers first 3 seasons at Arse? Were they playing great football or did it take a few more years?

      Xavi was brilliant, if he hadn't of gone off I honestly believe we would have won. Gerrard getting back at it, and Masher was superb. Think that's a enough of improvement to ask for in one match. Stop the unforced errors- Risse, Kuyt and Voronin were the main culprits yesterday- and we're back in it.
      Disagree with that, this season without Henry they are playing a much more expansive game, from the slick one touch stuff, to the long hoof to Adebayor, from the neat interplay around the box, to actually crossing the ball from a wide area.
      We come not to play.
