the lad just took it early, with the design of doing to reina exactly what he did do.

i don't think you can blame a keeper for letting in a one on one from a few yards out really.

the early toe poke was designed to catch him off balance and it did.

Well off the top of my head I seem to remember that goal happened in a blink of an eye and before anybody knew anything about anyone .. Fabregas was running to the Arsenal fans without breaking a stride ... extremely harsh to have a pop at Pepe but I then again we are Liverpool FC best fans in the world

Exactly. It was a really clever finish by Fabregas. He took it really early to catch Reina out and it worked. Have to praise the finish rather than look to blame the keeper IMO.

Even the best make mistakes once in a while. The fact remains that he still had a great game yesterday and is the best keeper in the premiership

i though he was brilliant yesterday, he owned the box, and never had any real trouble, made a good save one on one against adebayor, and made it extreamly hard for them. i would never blame him for the goal, but on another day he might have done better...

yup think Cesc said Pepe told him he was falling back and lost a bit of balance, otherwise would ahve saved it.

Reina was excellent yesterday, aside from one time when to came out of his goal and ended up in no mans land. We are lucky to have a keeper as good as him. He is superb and blocking the goal in one on ones. The goal yesterday was not really his fault, he got a hand to it and was a bit unlucky it still crept in. No one tracked Fabregas's run into the box which was extremely poor.

Arebola should have tracked him, but he was put in at CM to replace Xabi so not his natural role.

It was such a **** effort by Fabregas it fooled Reina, if that makes sense. It happens, nothing you can do about it really. As others of said he shouldnt of been allowed in that position in the first place.

It was not a **** effort, it was just too good for Reina as Cesc took the shot earlier than expected.

Yeah whatever, it wasn't Reina's fault was my point pedant.
