    Just to lighten the mood a bit

    Peter Reid's analyse of the game after the Merseyside derby and Jamie Redknapp winding him up. He looked so pissed of it was funny with his clutching of straws. It's a lot better than having to watch the ****ing grin on his face after last season away derby.
    I think it's a foul, and if the ref gives it. He got to give a penalty. I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. So if the ref gives it he's got to give the penalty as it so close to the area. But I think it's a penalty. Robbie Savage 8/11/06

    Peter Reid grew up a red and i thought after he hung his monkey boots up, he may be a bit on the fence with the 2 clubs, bit like Mcmanaman as a blue, but PR seems to have a box of them bitter pills firmly in his cabinet....

        So is Macca a blue and a red? The only time I saw him on the box was the 05 final and he said at half time well they got 3 so there's no reason we can't in the second half.

            He probably meant we as in "English". he's said in a past interview that his children will be brought up as blueturd supporters.

                How can he do that? He must hate Liverpool, the amount of abuse he got from Everton fans must have been a lot as well. Maybe he is a money grabbing *******.
