If we had won yesterday, would all the Kuyt, Riise, Voronin & Finan bashing on this site have happened.

I know I do not post that much but this site is turning into Kraptalk reborn!!!

I can understand when players do not play well but saying that this person is **** and that person is not good enough to wear the shirt is totally uncalled for.

Are we now saying that Rafa does not know anything about football? We just played the league leaders and got a draw. 1st half we were playing with 10 men as Torres lost it after 12 minutes (if Rafa had not played him and we got the same result most of you so called "critics" will be saying that it is his "rotation" policy). Alonso, our best passer of the ball, was playing his first match back after breaking a bone in his foot which just got worse. Our first choice right winger was out. Our 2nd choice centre half was out. And we got a draw.

We had players playing out of their natural positions to do the job required. If they had played their normal positions, fine but they were not. Now people are saying that Kuyt is a 3rd choice striker!

Now tell me if Gallas, Farbregas and Adebayor were not playing. Do you think they would have got a draw?

Please we are 6 points behind the leaders at the end of October and after 10 games!

I understand a bit of frustration but most of the post on here are getting way over the top!!!

Too many people prone to knee jerk reactions. We were lucky to get a draw yesterday - we should have lost the game. Whereas I understand peoples frustration regarding tactics and quality of staff, some of the comments are just plain idiotic. 4 points from two of our hardest games of the season is fine in my book.

If we fall 6 points behind for every 10 games we'll end up about 21/22 points off the lead. That doesn't excite me! sack the board, the fans, the players and the pundits - especially Andy Gray as it's his fault we're not on 30 points to date!

Kuyt's one example. If someone says he's "****ing ****e" and it's in reference to his footballing ability - then where's the abuse? It's an opinion. He's not slating the guy's character is he? What’s being “a classy guy” got to do with his football skills, performances for LFC?

Personally I think the people who do this, mostly do it to deflect attention from said player because they don't want to admit that said player isn't cutting it. Especially if they’ve defended that player vehemently. It's human nature, nobody likes to admit they are wrong.

My problem is not so much the abuse, but that 9/10 of those posters can't justify their position, or they deliberately ignore the positives and focus on the negatives.

It's difficult to debate under those circumstances and because of that the thread almost always degenerates into name calling.
