I think it's a very important game given the mancs v arse tomorrow, someones dropping points what ever way you look at it, the only problem is, when an oportunity like this presents itself, we usually **** it up. For me anything less than a win and we're leaving a very difficult job for ourselves

To be honest I think we need a win and a good performance to create the belief needed to go for the title. We badly need to get confidence back into the team and with Arsenal and United playing each other it is an ideal time to put pressure on one or both of them. There will be other opportunities but this is likely to be the best before we hit the attritional Christmas period.

only problem is I kanda agree with him, if i see the team sheet tomorrow and Voronin and Kuyt are upfront, it might be the first games in about 3 yrs I decide to give a miss

I have a horrible feeling they'll start but you never know with Rafa. He could pull off a surprise and play our best available striker...Crouch.

tomorrow will be very difficult; Blackburn are playing as well as anyone at the moment.

It will be as hard as last weekend, no doubt.

But we owe those ****ers from last season so I reckon we'll win.

Which will be a great result considering the multiple injuries and multiple red cards from the 0 - 0 draw between Arsenal and Manure.

Tomorrow is a massive game.
We cannot afford to drop further behind Arsenal. If they had beaten us last week IMO the league would have been all but over for LFC.

Tomorrow is a similar scenario. We could quite easily end up either 3 or 9 pts off them. 3 points and everything is to play for, 9 and the leagues all but gone.

This is the crucial part of the season for us. We're playing poorly and ahve injury problems. However, we must keep in touch with the leaders. 6 pts is in touch, 9 isn't.

Until we are 6 points ahead of all other teams with everyone having played the same number of games (or more than us) every game is vital.
