Awful, just awful.
Yeah pity, pity because it will take longer for him to lose his place!!
I think Crouch is on his bike, and the new signing will dislodge Kuyt so...

That's not good enough though.Originally posted by SpeedyG View PostFfs. Calm Down. We Will Be Better When Our 3 Best And Most Creative Players Come Back
Injuries are part and parcel of the game. We have to cope with them.
Simple as that."Let me say for the record, I am not a gangster and never have been. Im not the thief who grabs your purse. Im not the guy who jacks your car. Im not down with the people who steal and hurt others. Im just a brother who fight back."

yup, I missed most of the match but caught a few mins of the second half on the radio and it did strike me that if we had those 3 back we wouldnt have to sit so deep and play with 2 def midfielders.Originally posted by SpeedyG View PostFfs. as I've said before, we're not playing well, but the longer we go on unbeaten we can start rebuilding ourselves and once Agger etc are back we will be able to insert some skill and pace into our play.

Our performace summed up everything that is wrong with LFC at the moment. The manager picked the wrong team with the wrong tactics, the players tried their best but despite our summer transfer splurge we are still about 5 players short of challenging for the title - its getting very depressing. JAR,Sami,Momo,Yossi and Dirk are not good enough to play in a PL winning side and Babel has yet to show anything despite his potential. Rafa appears to be turning into another Houllier - very negative, not trusting his players and persevering with a rotation system that does not allow the side to develop and gain any rythm. Based on the last two months performances we will struggle to finish in the top 4.

Spurs at home was not a good result. Stop generalising and trying to put words into people's mouths. Ridiculous statement about Derby.Originally posted by DJS View PostWe're going into every game saying how we can/should win it, and then at the end saying how a point is actually a good result.
'if we had beaten spurs, portsmouth and brum...' - yeah but that's the point, we didnt. We were saying how Pompey away was a 'good result'. How spurs at home was a 'good result' because we snatched a last minute draw.
I look forward to hearing how a draw at the likes of Derby is a 'good point' too...i'm sure we'll find a reason why...You can agree with me, or you can be wrong.

People WERE saying the Spurs draw was a good result based on the fact that we clawed a point out in the last minute.Originally posted by Kilteragh View PostSpurs at home was not a good result. Stop generalising and trying to put words into people's mouths. Ridiculous statement about Derby.
