Rafa says we deserved to win

Poor Kelly Dalglish, she was asking the questions a fan would ask, but trying to do so diplomatically...

"What do you think you could've done EARLIER to create chances?"

"Are Liverpool playing in a way that you want them to be playing?"

How many goals we got in our last 7 from open play? minus 2 is it? WTF is Rafa's problem with persistin with muck up top.

Spot on Kemm. Some people on here are rally clueless at times. It's the childish 'I want it and I want it now!!!!!!' attitude.

At 20 years old he's still developing as a player and adapting to top level football.

How many 20 year olds, with the exception of Messi, are really the finished article? All of them have the potential to be good but are still developing.

Give the lad time. I used to think Van Persie was ****e when he first signed for Arsenal, as did many others. Look how he's turned out.

              As if.

Just had a text from a mate who's been today saying "He's got to go - bring back Kenny!!"

              WTF?

Don't get me wrong...I worship Kenny, but he's not the answer. Nor is sacking Benitez. Not yet anyway.

Another thing about rafa is the fact that after 3/4 years, he still hasn't taken gerrard off corners.

I reckon if he had, and Gerrard was in the box and a better quality corner taker was firing them in, it would have meant 10 extra goals per season
We must have the record for the worst corners in the world! How many times do they come up short? Every time.

Actually I thought we played ok....

For the last ****ing 15 minutes A-****ING-GAIN.

It's like Sherwood said Rafa sounded satisfied with that result cos we "controlled the game" & had chances to win at the end. But the point is that that draws wasn’t a good result if we want to challenge for the title, we didn’t control the game & had we played with the fluency & urgency we did in the last few minutes, then we'd be say here happily 4 points off top with our best players to come back.

But, Rafa insists on playing Kuyt & Momo (& Voronin when fit) who make our general play appalling. He insists on tinkering with the players & formations in a Houllier/Ranieri like manner. He insists on leaving our most potent fit striker on the bench until it is too late for him to win us the game. We all know Crouch is no impact player, but even so he has more impact in his 15 minute cameos alone than Kuyt & Voronin do together in a string of 15 games. If Crouch had played more games this season, I reckon we’d be about 4-6 points better off FFS.

I dunno, I was a big Rafa fan & I really though he was the man for the job but now I am losing faith definitely aye. And, so are some of my mates who are more hard-line Rafa-supporting mates, so I guess that says it all really.

if you say it after a victory you're a whinging ******* and we won dickhead so what the **** are you on about.

if you say it after a non victory, its knee jerk.

Aye, I've see enough to have hopes for Babbel. However, £11m's worth of hope I'm not sure.

Also, Babbel has suffered from being shunted out wide, which begs the question as to why did we plump for someone who obviously prefers it up top when we were desperate for a proper decent winger.

Alunevans, you hit it firmly on the head. Can't say **** all no matter the results. Rafa is definitely out of his depth regarding with players. All this "conserving" of our players are costing us points and LOTS of points. Who the **** cares about the 2nd half of the season when we're never challenging by that time and just about scrape in the top 4.

I've been saying Rafa isn't the man for us as far as the league is concerned for over a year now, initially based on how he treated Crouch at the start of last season. 12 months on and it's interesting that his treatment of Crouch this season, preferring Kuyt and The Crow, seems to be part of the reason why some fellow LFC fans are starting to get the hump with him, even though I think most of us would agree Crouch is by no means a top-class forward.

He's not but he's ****ing miles and miles better than the useless pair who are being preferred every week.

Didnt Pako think Babel was a panic buy? Its one of the things they fell out over. I remember someone on RAWK posting it at the time Pako left
“Hicks could have purchased Dallas’ MLS franchise but decided not to. ‘In hindsight, I probably made the wrong decision,’ he said.“.
