Lots of positive stuff about Rafa

    Some very ****ing good reasons.

He won the CL with a "****" team and taken us to another final.
He has won the FA Cup.
He has been able to go after his number one targets in one window.
No one of the team above us has had the same injury problems as us.
Rafa has showed that we can play great football.
Give him money and he will deliver, Torres is proof of that.
We have signed some very exciting youngsters.

Rafa is our manager and should continue to be that because he is the best possible option out there.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

He definitely deserves more time under the Hicks/Gillette operation. He needs to buy well in the next window or two. Very well.

I absolutely love Rafa and I'd be heartbroken to see him go. He's got to stay, til' the end of the season at least, and then see where we are.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

        I agree.

League is in our hands not those of Utd or Arsenal or Chelsea. If we concentrate on supporting our team instead of comparing them to others then we'll move out the shadows and onward to glory.

        Rock on.

We have totally outplayed every top team in the league at least once or twice.

Take the Chelsea game at Anfield for example this season. We should have won that game 4,5-0 and you can say the same about the Man U game at Anfield last season.

We crushed Arsenal at Anfield last season, that's another example.

Rafa is the best one out there without any doubt at all.

Absolutely he should stay. If we got rid we'd be lucky just to go through the same **** with the next man. It takes time to create a great team, and that's what Rafa is doing. Of course there are exceptions, but the point is even the finest managers often take time to really make their mark. As long as we keep seeing a reasonable level of improvement, Rafa's the man.

He's only had this summer where he's had the financial power to compete with the teams that are likely to be in the mix at the end of the season.

To remove him now would be folly

Well said.... some of this shít I've read on here this evening has reaffirmed my belief that the NSFW forum is the only reason worth being here!

God almighty even Shanks had a couple of long dodgy spells even a few years into his reign but some of the muppets on here would have been calling for his head too.

Our poor form is down to one thing as far as I can see and that is lack of composure in front of goal. Our finishing is soooo poor. We're creating endless clear chances week in week out to win games (Marseille in CL excluded) and it will all come good. Until then I'm off to the "Amateurs with big baps" thread

I'm willing to wait until summer 2009 before wanting a change. I think after 5 or 6 seasons you can only then judge if or how we have improved and if a change in management is needed. That will be the summer after next.

The one thing that does concern me is the style of football that we are playing. I'm hoping that if we get a couple of players things will change because we aren't very pretty to watch at the moment.

Its gonna be Fernando and Gerrard if I get my way!
