Before the last window Rafas spent £7m net/window. You can't win the league if you only can spend that amount of money.

Wenger has had 10 years to come up with all his young talents. This is Rafa's first year that he had the chance to bring in his own youth talents from all around the world.

I would say that he has done an excellent job with the **** budget he had to work with.

He has won the double twice maybe 3 times, his teams always play beautiful football, he won the double in his first season a la rafa winning big ears, but wenger went on from there, we have not - i believe.

he has also had issues with small transfer budgets, he has made huge decisions in letting players go but has always being proved correct.

Wenger is the best manager in the league bar none,

Hopefully in 7 years time I can write the same about rafa.

Rafa said that he still will get money to spend if we miss the knockout stages but he will probably get more to spend if we qualify IMO.

1. Yes for 11 years or so, this is Rafs fourth.

2. There is mixed info on that. There is no question that Wenger has been very good in the transfer market,( some flops, but not that many ) and it is clear he does not need to spend huge amounts of money to win things. But IMO it is very safe to say that during his time with Arsenal he has been better supported then Rafa was by Moores.

3. Wrong, he has won the league 3 times in 10 years, others have done much better.
