If rooney or Fabregash had scored that first goal the media would have had a jizz frenzy

It was cheeky wasn't it? Dare I say barnes-esque.

very similar to when Barnes flicked that banana off the pitch.

I remember Scholes scoring a similar effort and the media creamed their collective britches.

              ...i think that makes sense
The young Henry was indeed consummate in his nascent Henryesqueness.

Just read this in the match report on The Guardian website:

"With nine minutes to go, the Dutchman then lobbed Arikan for the seventh"

Did you not see the back-spin he managed to get on it? Genius.

On SSN they showed a few of the goals including his first with the commentary "Babel scored Liverpool's six and seventh" like it was so good they counted it as double.

The lad has bags of potential. Very quick with a cannonball shot on him. Please Rafa give him a go through the middle.

I wondered when he came on whether he would play on the left with Kewell behind Crouch, or the other way round. I was happy to see it was the latter.

I'd be tempted to leave Torres out again on Saturday just to ensure he gets over his injury, and start with Babel and Crouch up top.

At this present moment in time, I think he's more effective coming off the bench ( a bit like van persie for arsenal in his first couple of seasons)

With Kewell back I think he will get a few more games up front.
