It certainly is, I know everyone loves Finnan, and don't get me wrong he's a great player but he's very defensive only tends to pass backwards or sideways, Arbeloa brings the ball from defence, joins up with attacks and takes players on, same applies to Aurelio, but his only competition is Riise and the less said about him the better

They're both great going forward but I think playing them leaves us more exposed at the back especially when Sami is playing.

I noted a couple of occasions when Arbeloa gave the ball away in dangerous areas that could have proved costly against better opposition.

I still think Finnan should be first choice full back. He mightn't be as adventurous as the other two but he's a great crosser of the ball and as solid as they come.

He and Arbeloa should be our first choice full backs with Aurelio as back up.

Arbeloa used his pace to get up and down and Aurelio had those crosses flying in from every angle. Good to see
