Kuyt for this season has better stats then Crouch in pretty much every department.

Plus Rafa has said that he wants the team to play through the middle and with Crouch on the pitch the defenders have more of a tendency to play the ball long.

He was a lower level slugger before he came to Liverpool and should be thankful that Rafa gave him a chance to play with such a club like Liverpool after some of the teams he's played with in the past

Crouch was the top scorer last season, but Cisse was the top scorer the season before that, I don't think that warrants any special treatment.

Crouch was top scorer playing alongside Kuyt.

Torres is now playing in Crouch's position.

I think the aim is always Torres/Crouch with Kuyt/Voronin.

Whether that changes or not is down to Rafa, but if not Crouch can't expect to play much.
