We should never cash in. Having a local boy in your team is priceless, the passion he has for the club is something you dont get with most of the foreigners that come in. They will never truely get what it means to be a Liverpool player like a local lad does.

He does, but he needs his energy directed properly, in a settled team with an intelligent manager. That is why he is at home with us.
