"all of us need to focus on winning those games and getting the best out of the players we already have at the club"

      Might as well as said:

"Rafa needs to focus on winning those games and getting the best out of the players we already have at the club"

As if Rafa isn't 100% focused on that anyway!

        Pretty obvious isn't it.

Doubtless we'll be left behind, again, as the likes of United snap up the likes of Garay...
To be fair I think G & H are waiting to sort the debt refinancing (and seeing as they had to pay the debt for it you can add the £10m for Kuyt into the £23m figure) so I'm reluctant to criticise them. The problem I believe is that Rafa can see the final piece(s) to the team and is frustrated by the timing of it all.

I imagine that the combination of looking at buying Mascher + others is a very significant amount of money for a January window. I'm going to wait and see how this works out. So far I think over time Rafa has handled this sort of frustration quite well despite the occasional blow out. Maybe it's just an inevitability of the current push to improve both our stadium and squad at the same time from a position of being behind our closest rivals.

If they try to limit his role to just coaching. He will walk.

They do have General Managers there, and Owners supply cash for them.
OK, so why the talk about waiting until December?

Stupid time to come out with a statement like that. For what purpose? Nobody serious was even discussing Rafa's future. Just sections of the media trying to cause problems.

Now this! Why? Bad timing and very unnecessary

                Why?

                Moores paid for him.

                  What a joke.

OK drama queen explain that to me?

2 weeks from now is only the beginning of December - can't sign anyone til January - Rafa will have his targets and what they'll cost - then he'll learn his budget before the end of December and be ready to go in January

he did that at Valencia and he loved that club.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

I cannot believe they would be that daft, I mean, interfering with who to buy and sell.

It could mean that they are not backing him as much as he want in the transfer market, ie shelling out for Mascherano.

Do you really think that negotiations between clubs only exist in the transfer windows?

Moores loaned the money to the club which I understood G & H repaid.

He will probably walk if they don't back him but that is my opinion. I don't think he will stick around and fight for fourth place in the league.
