Be just as well to paint a target on his back and stand outside an American high school waving a 'Marilyn Manson is a tit' placard.
If he does go it won't be for England.
And lets not jump to conclusions eh lads? Montse might've made a dodgy curry last night and Rafa had the runs this morning.I hate Polanski

Well, their comments earlier indicated that they did not know a lot about a football club, and how to run it, but more on sports franchises. Lets hope that doesn't mean marginalising Rafa.Originally posted by kemm1 View Postha ha I doubt that mate ............... but I can see them having a preference for a 'coach' who focuses on the pitch only ............. it's how American and for that matter continental sports is organised
I am sure Rafa, who experieced this in Valencia, have raised his concern about this earlier and gotten reassurances.
Things could change if they don't think Rafa is doing it well enough though...but that would be bad,--== Because the gang and the government is no different ==--

So why the ominous press release. Rafa hasn't been this pissed since Athens and you could understand why. There's no smoke w/o fire.Originally posted by CharlieMansonsSquint View Post

Last time it looked like they had a misunderstanding we ended up with Torres. All this could be a smokescreen for a big money transfer, who knows?Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Wait until January.Originally posted by SpeedyG View PostSo why the ominous press release. Rafa hasn't been this pissed since Athens and you could understand why. There's no smoke w/o fire.
They let him buy Torres this summer lets not forget.
Really he should stop whinging and get on with it.
Lets be honest he has much more to spend than most. I thought he said he doesn't need fortunes to win.
Sure, I want to see more quality brought in. But we've got to be realistic as well. The yanks aren't going to spend money they don't have.
Do we want G and T to behave like Peter Risdale, or do we want them to give a decent transfer wedge to the manager and let him get on with it?I hate Polanski

Put it this way, there is no way our new American owners will want any bad publicity in any shape or form. Especially not from the manager, Again.
I only know about what I have read at the start of this thread, but it does not look good. He already walked out on Valencia after winning a League and UEFA cup double.
He does need to show us fans a bit more respect though. If he has issues with the owners, he should do his talking and bargaining behind closed doors, not at news press conferences.Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'
"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

Come on mate, when it comes to "insider"Originally posted by PLY View PostLad on TLW reckons he had a barney with the Yanks and was told to conentrate on coaching the team. Might explain why he sarcasticly answerd about coaching his team 10 times.
Are we going to have these falling outs at every transfer window?
