Maureen always said there was a club in his heart and a club he'd given his word to before he joined Chelsea.

People complain about the type of football Rafa plays and they want Maureen

I can honestly say, hand on heart, that I don't want him anywhere near our club...EVER!

I can't stand the man and would find it extremely hard to give him any support.

That said if he was manager there's **** all I or anyone could do and we'd just have to accept it.

Would our views change on him if he won us the league though....probably. I would feel embarassed that from slating him I'd be singing his praises though.h:

i agree but i'm very surprised that people think mourinho would take a job where he doesn't have 100% control of transfers. it's the reason he isn't at chelsea anymore.

His word didn't mean much then

He's a winner. Any club that wants to win and has a vacancy would be stupid if they didn't consider him.

I know, I think people were talking hypothetically, in the sad event of us having a vacancy, he would be an obvious contender.

I'm just old fashioned and prefer to support the manager we've got. The slavering over Mourihno is not my idea of support. If he became our manager I would support him, not a minute before though.

To be fair - nobody is slavering over him, as you put it.
The vast majority don't want him but there are one or two realists amongst us who would accept him as a replacement if Rafa left.
                              Liverpool born and bred.

Well I think I'm being a realist when I say I won't accept him as manager.

He doesn't understand the Liverpool Way (which is why Parry scrubbed him off the list when we were replacing Ged), his teams play unattractive football and he is totally classless and would have us in the headlines for all the wrong reasons.

Yes he's a winner, but Liverpool FC is about winning AND MORE. It's about doing things the Liverpool Way and Mourinho doesn't fit with that in the slightest.
