Yes he's a winner, but Liverpool FC is about winning AND MORE. It's about doing things the Liverpool Way and Mourinho doesn't fit with that in the slightest.
I dont think we'll be doing many things the 'liverpool way' under our new owners.

He doesn't even want the England job, just shows how shallow the cunt is.

At least the manager we have said he'd have a go.

It never ceases to amaze me how many people fell for the Mourinho character...

Virtually everyone within football, who has had first had contact with JM has said what a gentleman he was, how friendly and respectful he was, and how likeable he was.

He did what he felt would give his team an advantage, and did it very well indeed. I dont for one minute think he's genuinely the villain many seem to think, he's a very intelligent bloke who knows how to say certain things which will swing things his way.

I dont particularly like him, i dont overly dislike him.

I do however respect his know-how and single-minded drive to achieve success.

I dont want Rafa to go because there are very few people out there who i feel could win the title for LFC. Rafa's one of them, so to lose him would be a loss. But Mourinho's another IMO. So if we lost one, getting another to replace him wouldnt be a disaster.

When push comes to shove, if a manager won us the title, we'd all be revelling in the glory and singing his name - regardless of who he was.

Mourinho to take over from Rafa??!!

                      FFS!

                      I am going to bed.

ONe thing: Who is the most outspoken?
Who has the best record in the transfer market?
Who has beaten whom in the CL semis two times?

                      Sigh...chopping and changing....is crap!
Chopping and changing in a game YOU HAVE NO ****ING CLUE ABOUT IS 100000000000000000 TIMES WORSE.

I reckon it won't happen though.

it's not the change of manager that would bother me so much, it's the worry that we'd have sold out to a pair of dickheads, who would be happy to change the manager at the drop of a hat, if they're bothered about Rafa being outspoken, then i'm not sure Mourinho is the ideal candidate for the job is he

If Rafa was indeed to leave his post, what do you suggest we do? Leave the post vacant??

Be that as it may, if it happens, it happens. I'm just saying as far as a replacement goes, you cant get much better than Mourinho.

it'd be interesting to see how he does with a limited budget in the prem, the worst thing would be of course, not giving rafa any cash, and then bringing in mourinho in and giving him a warchest - think it's take the fans a while to get used to such an idea, myself included

Looks more and more like we ended up with the wrong owners
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.
