Thanjk you.

And both these guys have a wealth of premiership experience :whatever:
and Mourinho and Wenger had tons of experience when they won the league in their first season, or maybe not.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.
I can't be arsed reading this thread but can I just say that if the new owners get rid of Rafa I would consider giving up my season ticket that I've had for 21 years. If they then appointed Mourinho I don't think I'd even watch them on the telly.
Football has been going down the pan for years and this would probably be the final straw for me that cunt is the antithesis of everything that I hold dear in Liverpool Football Club (wether those beliefs are still real or not)

I don't think it's that difficult to win the league if you spend £200m+ net on players.
Mourinho won the league the seasons he could spend fantasy money. As soon as the money dried up he finished second.
I dont think it's as simple as that.
Yes, i agree that the money he had was the biggest factor. But the season he finished 2nd was more down to the interference he had, and the virtual forcing of him to pick Shevchenko, someone he'd have not bought or played, if it was upto him.
The biggest thing with Mourinho is how he gets the players believing in his ethic and playing for him. Sheer unity and teamwork. His motivation skills are immense. And our biggest problem when it comes to winning the title IMO, is mentality. We dont play like WINNERS. We're not single minded eough. Mourinho knows how to sort that stuff out.
AFII I reckon you were crying out for Mourinho to get the LFC job during Houlliers last year
No, I wanted Rafa a long time before he joined us but I thought that was an impossible dream.

I definitely do not want Rafa sacked, i reckon he's a legend and if G&H gave him the flick they'd be the biggest mongs in the world.
That said, i agree with everything DJS and Foxy have said about Mourinho if Rafa was to be unjustly sacked, Mourinho would be the man i'd birng in to replace him.
If Rafa is sacked though over all this, it would be a ****ing disgrace.
