I don't think creativity is something that Rafa can 'coach'. There is a certain limit to how much a manager can develop that aspect of the game on the training field.

In my view, it would take someone in the class of Robben, Ronaldinho, Ronaldo C, Rooney, Henry, Messi, Kaka etc to help us reach that next level with regards to our offensive threat.

I'm quite happy with our signings this season. And I'm quite happy with the obvious improvements we have had on that part of the game. Once the players adjust and settle down, I'm sure goals will come.

morientes proves you have to have more than class to succeed in the premier league. he wasnt tough enough or quick enough to play in england. he never seemed comfortable on the pitch

I'm pleased for Morientes, but it's a shame it never worked out for him with us.

Thats bull****, I seen Morientes ,missing plenty of easy chances for us last season, He was just not up to it for us. He was not suited to the English style of play, he had enough chances. Robbie came in and started scoring straight away. I dont buy the theory at all the we didnt create enough for him.

End of the day, Moro's goals last night were two tap-ins and a good header.

We don't seem to create many tap-in opportunities for some reason, so he struggled on that front, and while his header was pretty good, he had plenty of those opportunities for us and didn't hit the target.

saw a good interview with Morientes talking about how hard it is for spaniards to settle in the premiership, and if they are not happy out of football difficult for him/them to produce his best on the field. He wished our lads the best of luck though!

I have Spanish commentary of the goals from the CL final were Morientes was co-commentating and needless to say he went absolutely mental for Smicer and Xabi's goals. Sadly that will probably be my best memory of him

I don't know about that. I've been one of Harry's biggest supporters over the last two years, yet I doubt even a fit Kewell he can help our attack move up a notch. He's definately an asset when fit but I just doubt whether he can make that difference some people are demanding.

Having said that, we've missed Harry this season. Doesn't pose a great threat to the opposition, but he does give us a nice balance.
