All this crap from the owners indicate to me that they have wanted him out for a while. Why else would they jeopardize such a major investment because of one little childish rant...?
It's like imprisoning someone for failing a maths test.--== Because the gang and the government is no different ==--

all a bit wierd tho innit. In the summer they were quite happy for Rafa to spend £7m on a **** like Heinze, and when a decent centre half turns up for £4m they tell him to ****ing hold on?
He's right - somethings changed - they're either ****ing skint one way or the other or Rafa is deffo for the high jump'Of course I didn't take my wife to see Rochdale as an anniversary present.
It was her birthday.
Would I have got married during the football season ?
Anyway, it was Rochdale reserves.'

I'm not sure it's not a case of a pissing contest in which they are willing to loose targets and possibly pay more at another time in order to show who is boss. It is clear they are less than enamored with Rafa negotiating his own deal. If they wanted Rafa gone then he would have been gone I think. My one concern would be if we fail to get through in the CL in which case with the current mood around they might axe him.Originally posted by reddragon View Postall a bit wierd tho innit. Other than that it seems likely to me at least that the refinancing of the stadium is part of the issue and spending £17m on Mascher + £Xm on Kaladze when the bigger picture is uncertain would not appeal to G&H."The man who never alters his opinion is like standing water, and breeds reptiles of the mind."

Aye. I remember when they said if Rafa wanted Snoogy Doogy they'd get him for Rafa. So far seems like bull**** unless they are about to go with Rafa's plans in December (but why wait til then for ****s sake surely they arent so daft). Kaladze - £4M - cheap at the price - giving us some solid cover at CB which is what we need. I really fail to see how this can be an issue with them, it's a no brainer.Bring Back Rafa Cakes

I think it's more a case that Hicks want Rafa out and if he isn't sacked then he won't back the club with his money.
He is the money man in all this so in reality he is the one with the power.Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Justifiably though.Originally posted by dww View PostTo be fair you've blamed worse on Fredo..
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.
