If I could turn the clock back a full year I would want Moores to **** the idea of selling the club at least he was a football man.[/QUOTE]

so many wanted moores out - not in a bad way or malicious just because although no one doubted his love for the club we just needed more money - pure n simple

as has been stated in other threads hindsight is wonderful but there certainly seemed less "dubious" people interested in taking us over. i actually feel that we treated sheikh mo and his boys very shabbily (parry i mean) and if we had been shown the same contempt imagine the outcry

like it or not we are stuck with G n H
while its early to be slagging them its not looking great but i can actually understand some of what they are saying

maureen was sacked for non football reasons - no matter all the ****e about the style of play etc. once we have high power axe wielding men running football it will always happen.

i trust in rafa and find anyone who doesnt a bit f uckin mad tbh but the club really does need to pull together and put on a show of strength right now.
we have our 3 "rivals" laughing their bollocks off and who can blame them ?

I'll tell you what and this is 10000% when they look at Rafa all they see is a Dirty Mexican who has jumped the boarder to steel jobs from hard working Americans! !

Talking to them about progress and trophies and history means **** all. They dont give a **** about that. If you want them to listen you need point out how much things cost.

I mean, being yanks I thought they'd know that it takes money to make money. The stadium is on its way but its not gonna get any money unless the team is successful. For the team to be successful it needs investment and stability. Keeping Rafa keeps the stability and they can provide the investment. I dont even think Rafa is asking for blank cheques ala Jose, but enough to keep us ticking over so when the stadium is finished and money does start rolling in we are actually in a prime position to make it count.

If we arent doing great on the pitch they having the best stadium around will only cost money instead of making it because no ****er will be in it. As much as we like to think the place will be full regardless, lets not kid ourselves, loads of fans now are going for the day/experience and they wont be arsed if we are ****. They support us from a far, not rock up and put money in the tills.

So Tommy boy needs to be made to realise that his profits are gonna suffer if he doesnt do his bit, he'll get nothing for nothing but money is the only language he'll understand.

G & H offered more money, and the club abode by the laws and talked to them. It's a duty to shareholders to speak to someone who could double the money these guys will be receiving.

Americans are renowned to be brilliant speakers, and certainly these two guys made us feel on top of the world when they took over.

It turns out to be a load of bull.

I still think that they haven't exposed one dollar of their own money in all this deal. Nothing has been fully disclosed as to how they did it.

not doubting that fella for one minute but i think its true that the first mo,s mob heard of us knocking them back was via tv or radio
there was no negotiation as in what do you want to do about it - it was just more or less f off - that is no way to do business maybe the sheikh is chuckling to himself about this circus

Well I'm sorry but if you don't like him as a person then tough. He's brilliant at his job.

They haven't got a clue, they don't understand and more importantly they don't give a **** they are just thinking of their own differences and screw the fans.

I might be way over the top in this but I think we have sold our soul to the devil.
I want to agree but there seems no point going on about it all any more.

By the way, fredo's bosses didn't like him as a person and look what happened there. Then again, he was useless at his job as well.
              .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Don't know but we're speculating. That could be true ... or not.

I'm just asking myself that, if Rafa is sacked, what kind of PR these ****ers are gonna come out with, and think they will fool the majority of us ?

I agree with all of that.

I think it's gone past that with Rafa though. I think even if this was explained to them they would still want him out because they have had their ego's hurt.

Pair of **** wits they have lost my support. I know it means **** all to them but the thought of them ruining our club makes me sick.

It will be one of Rafa or Hicks gone IMO.

If Hicks don't sell up then there is no chance that Rafa will stay.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Money is the probably the only thing they "belive" in.
So that`s the best way "hurt" them.
I`ve decided not to buy a Texas Rangers season ticket next season.

If you believe the rumors mate. There's nothing concrete into that and it's not even been reported in the press.
