I thought Hicks was the better one of the two as he talked the talk and seemed a man that was going to pump the money and and be a winner, and Gilltte to me looked like a guy that wouldnt spend much and was just their to make a profit......

.....as its turned out Hicks seems to be a prick who has much of a clue about football then an Eskimo knows about Africa

but he is the one with all the aces because he is the money man, not Gillett.

Even if Gillett for example want Rafa to stay then he can't do anything if Hicks want Rafa out.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

.......but are they not equal partners? Hicks wouldnt have say over Gillete would he? Gillette was the man who's idea it was to buy it yes??

So did Hicks run Gillette's son out of Liverpool??

Pity Kraft didnt come into the club!

Could be the reason to why Foster left.

Hicks is the money man so Gillett can't do that much if Hicks decides not to spend his money.

In this case, money rules, and that means that Hicks is the one that have the final say even if they are equal partners.

It also fits in with that Gillett want Hicks out and replace him with another billionaire.

I don't think Gillett want to sack Rafa but Hicks want him out.

Is Hicks the problem and not Gillett?

That's my view on things anyway.

Hicks is the money man so he will have the final say even if they are equal partners.

Remember the rumour a few months ago that Hicks wanted his son involved, I think that it was at the same time Foster left back to the States.

I think that it's only Hicks that want Rafa out, not Gillett but he can't do anything if Hicks want Rafa out.

Add the rumour about that Gillett want to replace Hicks with another billionaire.

I think it's Hicks we should worry about, not Gillett, but that's my opinion.

                      .
If this is all true then i hope leaves, cause he seems to be running this partnership and his stock with the Liverpool fans has gone down!!

You have to wonder what Parry and Moores were doing seliing the club to these two when you look at the current state of affairs off the pitch seens they spend many years trying to find the right people

I have no idea how anyone has any idea what is going on.

I'm pretty sure that Gillett isn't trying to replace himself though

Have they been coming over to matches all year???

They can't come over before they can agree themselves, can they?

Gillett saying one thing and Hicks another. That would also explain why they more or less never talk to Rafa.
