He's entitled to it as he's the General Manager of Liverpool FC. Team affairs are his sole responsibility and he's clearly been lied to. He's honest, but he's brought the majority of the fans behind him.

Rafa doesn't want to leave. There's an article in the Times today about that. All the problems, in my opinion, stem from the fact that his job has been redefined in a way and that he should be 'coaching' and Parry should be responsible for transfers.

For me, it all comes down to backing down on their promises. Rafa has too much power and they want to cut down that control. They should **** off.

BUT - it looks more and more like a situation some years ago, when someone talked abt. wishing for a chair and getting a lampshade instead......

Why do most believe that the "situation" - if there still is one, and that there was even one in the first place - will lead to him being sacked?

It's all speculation, third hand rumours and professional bull****ters spouting off.

Just think, if Rafa hadn't been so candid in his press conference none of us would've had any idea this was going on.

I'm sure disagreements have taken place before between the hierarchy, it's just that this time it's been conducted in public.

Instead of telling Rafa that he should concentrate on coaching and training his team they should just have said no to the Kaladze transfer and leave it at that.

It's not Parry's job to buy and sell players, that's Rafa's job. He probably even have it written in his contract, but that is a guess.
