I think we're being a touch unfair. He's got incredible skill and as has been said, when he's good he's bloomin' exceptional.

All too infrequent though, and definitely not a player for us. Thank God I've never called for his signature!

I disagree, even at his best he isn't exceptional and he only plays his best once every couple of months, he does have a great touch and control and he can show pony, but beyond that he is average.

Well of course I agree, in the grand scheme of things he's very average, but I've seen him win games on his own - but as we've both said, it's infrequent.
