I am angered that Moores sold to H&G & not to 'ONE OF THE RICHEST MEN IN THE WORLD' we had the chance to get him hooked on Liverpool if we had sold to him, ok maybe i'm dreaming, but i beleive in the power of LFC to captivate. We would have been made for the future. No doubt about funds, spent or not.

I would have prefered it to, to be honest, I ws gutted when the takeover by DIC never materialised. I did actually like the way they had so much money.
But I am prepared to see what the yanks have to offer before jumping to conclusions.

I don't want a Roman type or a Mike Ashley type. What I wanted was someone who wouldn't lie to is (regards purchase debt), backtrack on plans 3 months after submitting them, never be around when the club is in the midst of a crisis and the have the nous to sack our imcompetent CEO.

Doesn't mean it is right I know but that's what is acceptable at the time in that place, even though I am not condoning it. Sheikh Mohammed gave £5Bn to a childrens education charity only this year so it swings both ways.

Nope using slave labour in todays world it is not acceptable nor is it justifiable, is simply wrong no matter what and it is worse than supporting Bush.

The governments in many countries allow child labour so I think it is harsh singling the Sheikh out but I do agree its out of order. The use of child camel jockeys was banned in Dubai 13 years ago by the way.

I wonder if they will come back in for us, a few journo's have made little comments on it it's not just Bascombe. Then again, they'd probably be priced out of it now, not in a sense that they couldnt afford they obviously could but the share prices these two set. Guess we'll have to see.

I didn't take notice until Oliver Kay said it, I know he is close to Moores and he wouldn't have said it unless it was true. Dave Usher said that one of the players told him that Moores regrets selling to G+H so you just never know.

I think it will come down to price as the two Yanks will want big money to do business. Unless of course the banks force their hand. I saw a recent article on DIC and Ansari is still pissed off with Moores.
