I think that you forgot that Moores and Parry forgot to tell DIC about the board meeting they had when they discussed the bid from G&H. They had promised to keep DIC informed if they would have a board meeting discussing any rival bid.

They may have acted like kids but they had a good reason to why they did it.

And I am pretty sure they didn't throw a hissy fit and **** off solely because Moores was legally obliged to consider the G&H bid. That may be what parry said, but I'm willing to bet it was far from the truth.

But you don't know.

All we do know is that G+H offered more for the club than DIC did, then they decided not to make another offer.

And I doubt you'd be saying it was good business acumen if you were one of the shareholders. Remember that Moores was obligated to study any rival bids for the club.

Admit it, you wanted DIC because they've got a rich owner who might've done a Roman with the club. Which is fair enough.

Otherwise there's no logical explanation for you wanting them instead of the yanks.
