All I can say is...One year on and still no progress on the stadium front. Says it all, really.

so the credit crunch in america has had no bearing on this at all? Now is not the time to start building new stadiums. but we don't want to hear that so lets just shout a lot and burn down mcdonalds.

With the architect last night who was so pissed I couldn't get much sense out of him. However, he did manage to say that AFL's 'Creative Director' is still out in the States in discussions with Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kid...

No, it's very confusing though. Their website was down last week (someone noticed it earlier in this thread). Obviously they were launching their new website which is much better than the old one and has been significantly updated. However, all the images and walk-through presentations about our stadium appear to be the 'Parrybowl' design from years ago.



My mate will still be in bed this early but I'll text him later and see if I can use his staff access to the site for more information...

Thanks mate, looking at news on the bbc etc it seems that something is gonna happen soon so maybe these designs will be old before even accepted. Cheers for the updates.
