We probably need a Torres equivalent upfront and possibly and world class right winger to compete with Penannt and Yossi. But the idea is to have variety and options.
    Yadda yadda fredo mate...

You can rotate AROUND the key players, but the ones who win you games generally need to play the vast majority of games.

    Simple as mate.

      Well, that's your opinion.

      Whatever.

Some opinions contain more validity than others.

You're a good guy fredo and i mean you no disrespect, but if you honestly think we can rotate the key players as frequently as the pieces around them, without it having an adverse effect on our chances of success, then frankly, you're a loon.

And that's a fact you can take to the bank.

And we're level on points with Manure .... Who's the loon ? (and still we played a fair number of games with Momo and Kuyt).

You'll notice that most of the games we've dropped points in will have featured one or both of them...

And our recent run of wins has seen minimal input from them.

Only a loon would seriously suggest that swapping key players with squad fillers on any kind of semi regular basis would have no detrimental effect on the side.

Those key players can't play every game on the required level demanded of top class players today. That's impossible ... You're living in the past.

The fact is, and that is the absolute fact, not a made up fact of yours, is that we have a nice set of players who have different qualities, which makes it more easier for the manager to suit the challengers posed by the many different characteristics of teams in this league.

Yes, it's a different outlook on how things were done to date in this league, because Man. Utd or indeed Arsenal have been playing a game based on one style of play alone, which is more easier to implement that what Rafa is trying to achieve, which is all about control. Man Utd and Arsenal play a more open and straightforward game.

When Rafa will win us the league, with those so called crap players in our team, then I hope some of your critics and over analysis will die down and give these guys credit.

Until then, I won't be involved in discussions which are pointless because someone treats another one a loon for having a different opinion.

The way your phrase your replies borders of arrogance, and the sooner you realize that, the more sensible this place will become.

Much blah and little else though fredo. Lots of assumptions too. I dont recall calling anyone crap players.

No one said they can play all the games, but you generally dont rotate 4 or more of them at the same time and you only rotate them for the 'easier' home games.

                Simple, easy, bingo.

                You're on...
