What's the crack with El Zahr? Does anyone think he'll cut it to be a regular in the Prem?

        He's 21 or 22 now isn't he?

I think he would have made the breakthrough by now if he was up to it.

He's past the age where he is just a player with 'potential.'
A humble guy with healthy desire.

          Nothing more than an option.
If Pongolle didn't make it, this chap won't.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

          * After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs

Insua, Nemeth, Leto and Pachecho are probably the ones that have a realistic chance to make the step up.

They play in positions that we don't have that many excellent options in.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.
