Tonite was way more important than saturday, and Arsenals result also helped us out, absolute long way to go in the league, so take your doom and gloom somewhere else.

Tonight, the game was won at 3-0 - and the next game is an important one...yet, he doesnt take them off early enough (or at all, in SG's case).

So the philosophy he used at Reading, clearly isnt THAT important to him, as he ditched it tonight.

Absolutely bizarre and defying all sense. DOES he believe in keeping players fresh or doesnt he??

we were strolling the game, it wasnt hard on the players. Gerrard gets all sooky when he is subbed anyway.

Course it was important, but at this moment in time, tonite game was worth more to us in money, and I'm affraid that's more important then 3 points on saturday - I can go along with Rafa's subs on saturday.

We should of got something out of Saturday. The players were all good enough out there, and played the better football.

We lost because of 2 stupid tackles (by our most experienced players), a dodgy ref and an excellent counter-attack when we were chasing the game.

Whilst I'm in agreement will both Niall and DJS over the Reading game I'd counter it with the view that we actually gained two points on Arse over the last two games. Thus we are two points closer to the top.

Could've been 5 closer though mate. Arsenal, United and Chelsea arent going to drop points that frequently, so when they do, we have to take advantage. Otherwise, we wont win the title.

WOW you have won me over your constant digs at rafa and his ways. U have persuaded me that Rafa doesnt have a clue what he is doing, doesnt have any sort of game plan and doesnt think ahead lets sack him and appoint you.....as you clealry have a better understanding of the game and under your stewardship i am sure we would romp to the title.
