I then made the fatal mistake of turning on Sky Sports News. Some journo **** – I think it was Paul McCarthy – was talking about Rafa and said something like “We all know last night has only granted him a stay of execution – he’s still a dead man walking…”

I could’ve thrown up on the spot. Where do these cretins get their ‘info’? Cos, from where I’m standing, Rafa is in no way a dead man walking.

There was a thread on 6CM the other day that claimed “from the horse’s mouth”, Rafa was a goner if we lost on Tuesday. To my absolute horror, posters were queuing up to endorse his dismissal. WTF?
