                      Dropping 6 points in the league in your self-proclaimed biggest week of the season is not the type of performance we need.

                      Again, I don't understand the inclusion of Kuyt in this lineup. IMO, Lucas should have started so we have more composure and depth in the midfield. Granted, this formation didn't cost us the goal we gave up (just fortunate positioning by Tevez), but it has hurt us going forward as we have no shape and little composure on the ball. Should help to attack the Kop in the second, but we've come back from behind before. Time to do it again.

                          Torres hasn't been in the game so far, although he's had NO service. Is this the same team that played against Marseille? FFS we've been awful so far!! Its as if were scared of them, or giving them too much respect. Were too panicky on the ball. Just calm it down and play our natural game FFS!

                            Whilst I appreciate Kuyt did a great job against the French he was playing against a back 3 that was spread wide as Marseille chased the game. We had the same problem last season with Kuyt and Bellamy in this match, lots of nearly moments but Kuyt was just too far behind play to make the most of them.

                            Zonal marking fkd us at the goal, we had every man in the box and not a single person outside where Rooney was lurking.
