Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

He's the reason we didn't win. His steadfast refusal to change things in a game until he absolutely has to is one of the reasons we will never win the league under his stewardship.Originally posted by ningnangnong View Post:whatever:

Been saying this for years, it's about money, utd and chelski have it in spades we don't. If Rafa had been backed the summer properly he'd have been able to buy the player who scored today's winner.

I'm no manager, but rafa's record against the top sides is poor and i'm having serious doubts about his ability to win the league, today was a tough test but we were at home and should be able to turn them over and we never, and now it appears we're out the race before Christmas again.Originally posted by Tom View PostWill be avoiding this forum for a while due to a surfeit of internet managers who would have won us the game with their superior tactical nous.Thomas Hicks Senior

11 boys against 11 men today. what a ****ing bunch of bottlers! Where the ****ing hell was our Captain Marvel today, ****ing nowhere! Whats worse is Utd made Torres look very ordinary indeed. He was my hope for today, but he did nothing he didn't create one problem for there defence.
However, their defence was magnificent today, they didn't give us a sniff! I ****ing hate Sundays as it is, now its unbearable!
Something HAS to change because in the league we've been singing from the song sheet nearly 4 seasons now.
If anyone says theres a chance we can still win the league now are deluded when we still have to go to their ground, Arsenal and Chelsea!
****ing gutted!!!

You've been on his back all season, you never pay respect when he gets things right which has been pretty much all year bar one or two matches. On the Ning Nang Nong

And if the owners aren't prepared to back Rafa with the money he needs then one of them should go now rather than wait.Originally posted by Tom View PostAnd you're a prime example.
