We need a left back, a right winger, a central defender and a second striker.

      Left back/central defender.....Kaladze
Right winger.....Ribery, can play on both left and right wing
      Second striker....Diego or Aguero

We should have the money to sign all the above if we sell of some players like Riise, Sissoko, Crouch and Kuyt.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Probably Ryan O' Hare. His type of thing to say.

We were better in every position today.
We could do with 2 strikers. And we need another centre half for cover. That will do me.

            Ryan thinks Kuyt is amazing.

Kuyt only offers us something away from home. At home he is a hole in the ground. A waste of time.

He asks zero questions of defenders...gives them nothing to think about.

Our two weak links - Kuyt & Riise - were horribly, painfully exposed today.

Haha, why doesn't that surprise me!

For me, when Kuyt starts, we may aswell have 10 men

He is an inconvience as everytime we build something nice, it is inevitably he who ****s it up. If he doesn't play, Voronin steps in and does much the same. 2 Bad players, no room for either.

                Agreed about Huyt & Riise.

Gotta face the Scummers in the office tomorrow cos I work in Scumchester. First game we've played against em since I moved ere. Feel physically sick at the thought
                3rd place. Worst champions ever.

                  What about Rafa tactically though?

As Big footy pointed out it was a bit of a shambles.

And why does Rafa wait until 65 minutes to make a change when it was painfully clear it wasn't working?

With the players I still think it's a mental thing, we have the players, but when your manager picks a silly team against Reading, then gives up on the points what message does it send to them?

Our players didn't have the composure today, especially in the final third, dare I say the belief. It was hit and hope, only Babel seemed to play without fear.

was almost bordering on a friendly atmosphere at times.

As for needing to spend big - such an easy comment to make.
Torres does need a partner if Rafa aint going for the Crouch Torres lineup.

thought today the wide players canceled each other out.

Kewell either was off form or united stopped him.
                    Likewise ronaldo
                    and etc.

The player we needed today we have Alonso.
Then put Stevie in Kuyt role and we have a better team.

Came away again thinking we were robbed - luck wasn't on our side another day and van der sar would be making the headlines for the wrong reason.

And if only we could of got Tevez, Tevez Torres would of been some partnership.

Yep I agree. It's depressing to see us launching it hopefully whenever we need a goal against one of the top sides.

People - sorry, idiots - will blame Crouch for that, or at least his presence, but that is missing the point completely.

For years, for some ****ing reason, we've played against the Mancs with a huge inferiority complex...especially at Anfield.

It's the same old story year in, year ****ing out. Huff, puff, get mugged on a set piece with their only shot on target, and lack the guile to move them around and open them up.

                      I'm ****ing sick of it.

Thought Riise had a good game defensivly.

Came across a few time to make important tackles on the right side of the penalty area,

I like Babel more and more everytime I see him. the word that springs to mind is "Explosive". Pace, power, acceleration and 2 LETHAL shooting boots.

He is also a little deceptively skillfull. Only thing lacking is a bit of awareness; he sometimes takes too much out of it and doesn't spot the pass but that will come with age. I think this kid will be a superstar.

Thought Masher did Ok to be honest, but others were missing- most noticably SG. Babel did look really good when he came on, but we should have started with Crouch. Said this befire kick off FFS. He's the only player we have that has scored against them since RAfa has been in charge.

Yes defensively he did well, especially against Ronaldo. Fair play to him for that.

But when we have possession he's a total liability.
