Thanjk you.

Kuyt hadnt played in a couple before Marseille though (plus we were unchanged today for once).
I forgot that we were unchanged, I wondered why the papers weren't slagging of rotation for once
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
We're a very cagey team. I'm getting the impression Rafa will only ever play pass and move against the lesser sides, and agianst the Man Us and Arsenals will revert to hoof and run
The games between the top 4 are getting very dull, just look at how United played against us and Arsenal. There was none of their lovely passing they got down and fought hard for the matches. Just shows that the defenders and defensive midfielders are the only ones who had good games yesterday, so much attacking talent from both sides just didnt show up.
So I heard an analogy on Rafa on the radio today on what kind of a man/manager he is and it went something like this.
If you opened a can of coke, then Rafa would show you another way of doing it and would stick at you for as long as it takes to make sure you did it his way.......for instance
This is carried on in his team selections and his persistence of playing Kuyt upfront. He keeps playing and playing him till he proves to everyone that he is right even though he's clearly not but he doesn’t want to be seen as he's made a mistake. Interesting
It was interesting to hear them talk about how Rafa goes about his business and he's philosophy
The can of coke quote comes from Rafa's time at Valencia.
One of the players there at the time is supposed to have said it about him.
The Argentian players also referred to him as 'God' but not in a comlimentary way.
It's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.
The above, that is the way Rafa is.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.
For me, it's very ****ing simple as football generally is. We didn't take our chances, they had one and did. It ****ing hurts but all this ****e about Rafa not being tactically astute is, quite frankly, embarrassing, he's proved it time and time again. I do fear that we have a mental issue when it comes to playing Man U though, which is worrying.
This talk about Kuyt being **** and blah blah blah, he's there for a ****ing reason, to pressure the defence, run his socks off, and fair bollocks to him, he did that, it's not pretty and no and he'll never be an Henry. Man Ure defended ****ing deep today and I hate to say it but they did it ****ing well. There was **** all space to get behind them or in the channels and we missed chances, that's it, no secrecy no big deal, we lost.... again to the ****ing Mancs but IMO tactics were **** all to do with it, we bossed them for 70% of the game. Sometimes you have to take it on the chin, I daresay with Agger and Xabi it would've been a completely different game. Why do all the gob****es come out on here when we lose? They say **** all when we win and the minute we lose, it's doom and gloom. There is **** all wrong with critisism of your team when it's warranted, but f*ck me, some of youse (without even seeing the game in the ****ing 1st place some of you) don't half talk ****e.
Oh and one more thing I ****ING HATE THAT CUNT Rio ****ting Ferdinand, everytime he plays against us it's like they've won the fookin European cup, the cunt.
