The only reason I can think about to why he did that tackle is that he had enough and didn't care that he would be sent off.

Something like, **** it, I'm out of here.

It's the jump that makes the tackle very bad, he must have known that as soon as he made the tackle that he would be off.

I really doubt that. Not as if Mikel Obi or one of them other ******s would know Crouch followed Chelsea in his younger days.

What pisses me off the most is the inconsistent decisions by the refs. Crouch's tackle is not as bad as Kuyt's in the derby yet he got red and Kuyt got a yellow. Not advocating the tackle, Crouch was stupid.
Its a continous trend in the Prem nowadays, some players get the rub of YELLOW some get the RED.
Another example was Zokora yesterday, his tackle on Elano was not that bad yet he got sent off.
Truth of the matter is the refs association has to get their **** together and stop fooking up the beautiful game. If they're gonna say the player had "intent" then that is utter BOLLOX its like predicting the future.
