    Last night, team selection

    Does anybody here honestly think, with that team selection we got nothing more than we deserved.
    Even with Crouch and Scabby we were onlx just holding on and it seemed only a matter of time before they scored.
    Those that hid Anne Frank were breaking the law.
    Those that killed her, were following the law.

    Personally I thought the team selection was perfect (besides the Crow on the wing, FFS). I would've preferred to see El Zhar from the start to give us a bit more balance but oh well.

    For every Chelsea chance we had an equally good one though...

      On the whole the team and the performance was decent enough until Chelsea scored, we had a couple of good chances that we might have done better with.

      Voronin had some neat passes and solid all-round play but we really did need someone with a bit more pace there. Pennant might have been good if only he were fit, even Yossi maybe due to his superior dribbling skills.

      Momo had a stinker apart from his breaking up of play. Might have been a chance to give Spearing a game instead but that would surely have resulted in Momo handing in a transfer request. That said if Spearing doesn't play in the FA Cup game I would suggest he'll never get a match for the first team.

        both teams has similar oportunities to score prior to the goal, chelsea never showd any class and seem to struggle against our team, we created chances and defended well, untill lamp turd got his deflection. crouches red changed the game, who knows if we would have pulled one back...

          its the only logical competition to blood young players and see how they do against the likes of chelsea, why not?,

          i know fans want to win every game but you couldnt play some of these in the league or champions league, i think they derserved their chance to play and to be honest, there wasnt much in it until the chelsea goal
