Neil Warnock - brilliantly still bitter...

On football focus, discussing the relegation battle (funny that he was happy to do this piece, considering it basically says "you're an expert at being relegated, so we're asking you")...mentions fulham and says they'll go down, and that they should've gone down last season until "...my friend rafa played one first teamer against them.."

What a bitter knut this **** is. I love it

To be fair though, that's a pretty horrible side.

If I remember correctly we thoroughly outplayed Fulham though.

The point is though that being as Warnock rested players on several occasions against the top 5 teams he doesn't have a leg to stand on. Along with the fact that Sheffield United were almost as turgid to watch as Sunderland this year.

If you'd have offered him Wigan at home on the last day needing only a draw at the start of the season he'd of took it. It's his fault they're down, no one elses and no amount of whinging will change that.

I agree. As far as I'm concerned Rafa was corrrect in resting most of our good players. Sheffield United should've done better in the previous 37 games rather than moan at us for playing a weakened side against other relegation fodder.

At the end of the day, Sheffield United's fate was in their own hands. They were not relying on anybody else.

The mans an arse. He has moved on. He is doing a decent job at Palace but he should just let it go now.

what about his shef utd side against man united. he openly said he would not get anything from the game, so he put out a very weak side and lost, so what if rafa put out a weak side, we had a champions league final to play a week later knob head

Fowler missed a piss easy chance that game, not often you can say that.

Warnock is a cunt though. We had no obligation to his club. It was tough ****.
