First game back from injury and people are already on his back FFS.

We made all our attacks against Man City up the left.Pennant was rushed back for wigan and gave a good account off himself.

Beat his man regularly but instead of driving to the byeline or to the heart of their defence he hit sandwedge looping crosses with no pace on them early and rarely found his target. Very like SWP in that respect.

He was one off our better players today.That`s all Revo.When he has a bad game I`ll say it.He gets an unfair amount off stick on here.I blame the board.Rafa wanted Alves/Simoa/Quaresma.

there are a half dozen or so players that need moving on and replaced with fewer quality players if we are ever to compete.

oh and i still think he played poor in athens. he had early chances to play others through and ****ed it up and everytime he went past someone all he could do was that one dimensional cross that the keeper just catches 9 times out of 10.

We played most on Kewell's side of the pitch. When Kewell switched to the right we scored the goal from the right side.

Pennant wasn't involved in the goal at all.

Just like in Athens he got the ball in decent areas, but his final ball, time and time again, was horribly lacking. His end product is largely dire.

One other thing. Our attacking plan totally fell apart when first Masch was subbed and then Kewell.

We offered more or less no goal threat after that. We had Gerrard's double chance but that more from the brilliance of one player than any good team play.

Pennant almost didn't touch the ball in the second half even that he had a lot of space to work with.

I dont need to justify myself or indeed any Liverpool player to you.

If you want to wish injury on one of our players ( regardless of your opinions on him as a player) then that is up to you. But if it is your wish, then I suggest it is you that is the dickhead.
