I`m pretty sure gerrard will play as high, or even higher than the wings. He`ll be in there for the crosses, or time it to arrive late, as lampard is the master of.

Problem for is that Gerrard roams - a lot! He will rarely be in the box when the ball arrives from Kewell and Pennant. He thrives with the ball at his feet through the midfield and a quick little pass or a shot. I have rarely seen Gerrard connecting a cross with a header. Infact I think the last time that happend was in May 2005. So you're right - He will arrive late and I never really felt that have worked that well for us/SG. It never really gives us the pressure we're looking for. That particular feature is something Lampard does better IMHO.

Well, it probably won't matter that much anyway. 4-0 shold do it for us
