this is by far the WORST LFC display of the season. We are being served a SHOWER OF ****E of the highest order.
Every player giving the ball, 2nd best to every ball, every tackle, every cross.
If we lose this game we only have ourselves to blame.
PAINFUL to watch.

We are playing without Gerrard, Mascherano and Kewell. The three players that give the team some balance.

Look you shower, when we played Luton 2 years ago we were 2-1 down or even 3-1 down at HT. Yet we went on to win the cup that season. We aren't playing well, but for a good save by their keeper we'd have scored in 30secs. We can only improve but Luton are playing at 100%. Have a little faith.

Only good point. is I have carragher first and last goal. So one nil carragher will do me.
apart from that, a total joke, Kuyt and Alonso have been dreadful. We should be dominating possesion in the final 1/3. Opening them up at will, ooops sorry this is LFC and we play awful football from the dark ages, bring back Roy Evans..
Such a two man team it's untrue.... Gerrard and Torres that's it going forward!!!

Palace at home in the FA Cup with Houllier in charge was worse. We parked the bus at home against a **** team.

Let's not get carried away. Wait until full time. We've been **** for a while, a decent 2nd half and we'll be through. I couldn't really give a **** about the FA Cup, so I won't slit my wrists over it. The league is all that really counts. Freak out over that instead.

Kuyt is woeful,no pace no skill,no brain,can't pass,can't sing,can't dance,where the **** are my kick kats!!

He's looks finished as a player,he may yet score at some stage,Luton may just forget about he's so bad and the ball may hit him on his massive nose and go in,other then that don't see him doing much.

i would excuse it al, if it was a one off.. you do this as a fan. Im just tired and frankly pissed off with dire after dire after dire performance that we have come to accept under rafa's reign, and as a fan it is my right to express such views.

another dire performance against what is supposed to be vastly insuperior opposition. Alarm bells aren't ringing anymore rafa, the batteries have run out.

A few comments at half time:

Firstly the above - all I can say is that I think you're out on your own on this one, even the well known Rafa sceptics on here have "closed the wagons" around Rafa at this moment in time.

Secondly - Itandje - has done well so far - contrast his movement away from his line to that of Carsons and you can see why he is more of a Rafa type keeper than Carson was - reminiscent of Reina the way he isnt scared to close down and come off his line quickly.

Thirdly - unfortunately Kuyt and Alonso are not having good games and hopefully they can step it up in the 2nd half.

The chances have been there and I'm sure we can get a couple.

But it is a 3rd round away tie in the FA Cup, its Lutons cup final, so of course it ain't ever gonna be a walk in the park.

I remember at HT 2yrs ago I laid into the team in this very same game and at this very same point and you took me to task about supporting etc. Now look at you.
