You don't sign a player for £6.5m and put him in the stands for six months. Carra and Agger are clearly number one and two. Skrtel will probably be number three as soon as he is ready, maybe in a month or so.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

surely he will be drafted in agger -style and not rushed in.....i expect sami will return home in the summer or may join a promoted team next season

I hope Sami stays until the end of the season but that it is announced before then he is leaving in the Summer so he can get a decent send-off. The guy has been a legend for us and stands head and shoulders (literally I guess) above anything else Houllier bought for the club.

I'd prefer it if it meant Hobbs leaving on loan for the rest of the season to gain experience.
One of Sunderland, Derby, Wigan, Bolton etc.. would be ideal for him.
The King was back for a short while. Long live The King.

I didnt say you had to put him in the stands for 6 months did I? There is zero chance of Hyypia leaving in this window.

Well, it's up to him I guess and depends on how much he want to play.

He's played loads and even himself says he struggles with games every few days, I doubt it's a problem. In the summer he might well go but with a new defender who no one knows how he'll do and Agger just returning I cant see any way it'd happen now. We'd be weakening ourselves for no reason.

Hyypia will be here until the summer at least.

Absolutely. An incredible signing for us.

Its a phalangey of the 5th motocophial scratum, quite possibly one of the worst metatarsal injuries you can have. I have known people to walk with a slight limp for the rest of their life after a major phalangey before, but that was not the motocophial scratum.

He may return for next season.

"If Gerrard continues to play up front, leaving this lack of creativity and intelligence in Midfield, the season WILL be over by Xmas."

I still don't think we'll finish in the top 4 this season."

Dunno if it's already been posted, but Agger's playing for the reserves tomorrow night.
