Not having a pop or anything but it really is amazing how many people continue to name Kuyt in their teams. Just how bad does he have to be before you leave him out?!?!?!
Honestly, I don't think I've ever seen such unswervingly blind faith that "he'll come good". Of course it doesn't say much for our other strikers but in my world, if a striker plays consistently **** and doesn't score any goals, he gets dropped.
I dare say if Crouch or Voronin had played as often as Kuyt, and been as consistently poor, Liverpool forums would go into meltdown. And they certainly wouldn't be being named regularly in people's teams.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

I wouldn't start Kuyt - ever. I'm not going to lay into him and give him the level of abuse that some people do on here - but I think Rafa will start with him - even though I'd rather have Crouch, Babel or Kewell up with Torres
. Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

Soz. Serves me right for smoking spliffs at this time in the morning. I see...both yours and Milan's teams were what you expect Rafa to pick!
Yeah...I can see that....although I do think Rafa is "going off" Dirk a bit. He's been dropped more regularly recently than at any point in his LFC career.
It's a recurring theme but I'd love to see Babel given a go up front with Fernando today.

Wake up son
I agree, Kuyt's been, erm, 'rested' more times in the last 5-6 weeks than he was throughout the whole of last season. Rafa watches him more than we do - surely deep down he shares our frustrations.
Babel is the way ahead... people say we have little or no pace, but Torres & Babel up top together have the potential to rip defenses apart.
Oh ****... another thread has turned into a Kuyt discussion
