Why should losing pako mean rafa cant motivate the players?

I wouldn't say it was "losing pako." I would just say that not having a proper assistant in my opinion would effect this...Rafa doesn't seem the type of manager who is great at motivating players, more interested in his tactics...

Therein lies a problem. As i've said all along. He isnt getting what he can out of a very strong squad. He's no motivator.

One of my serious criticisms of Rafa is his inability to rely on the impact of subs earlier in the game.

Tactics and personnel need changing here.
