    Some Perspective

First thing, I've gone through some of the post match threads etc ... and noticed the growing animosity / lost of faith against Rafa, slagging off of players and manager etc ... That's frustration and it's understandable. I'd suggest that we don't log in at all after the match and take out the frustration another way, like watching a film, shagging our bird etc ... It works. FACT.

Anyway, coming back to the match yesterday. My satellite feed went off 2 minutes into the second half, so didn't get to see the rest of the match. We were very poor in the first half and something isn't right with us at the moment. I think the constant speculation about our manager and probably some fans getting restless is being detrimental to the team. We're not playing to our level at all.

But the positive thing, is we haven't lost ! Even by playing ****, we managed to get something out of this game. Arsenal drew at home against ****ing Birmingham FFS, and I remember some fans slagging the team off for drawing against Wigan !!!

Our season so far has been riddled with inconsistency, and we haven't kicked on on a decent start to the season and it got worse after Rafa's row with the owners, and the uncertainty which subsequently followed.

I can't do anything more than to watch my team from far away, as I can't go to the matches and offer my support to the players and Rafa. We'll get through this together and we must not forget what our anthem is all about. We're too quick to forget that. We're in this together and we must stick with each other.

No point slagging off each other for having a different opinion, we all want the best for this club, no matter who's in charge or who owns this club. Let's go back to being the best supporters in the world. Stop the bickering and let's look to a great future.

Revo, let's try to do as I suggested. Vent it out another way and come back a little later.

Worked a treat for me mate.

I've never had any thoughts than to back Rafa to the hilt and you know that. As you say, Rafa deserves a lot more respect than that.

You know what Revo, I'm fed up trying to stick for Rafa in here, and for a reward get slated for being a RCDNW or whatever, it's boring and it uses energy. I won't try to change people's opinions, so be it.

That's why I'm suggesting we all look to the future and stop the bickering. It's doing more harm to the club as it does good.

We should stick behind the man no matter what. It's the only way up IMO. I'm not gonna back the americans because they're no 'one of us'. It's Rafa or nothing for me.

And we're still 12 points off the top. So we lost no ground.

im not arguing with you, im stating that i for one will not listen to rafa sackings during the season even if we lose on tuesday against luton. im also not saying its rafa or nothing for me but i am adamant that rafa gets the backing of the fans until the end of the season. does that mean im happy with the state of things? **** no, what red is? we are not newcastle or your spurs of the world. we have ****ing more class than that. come the end of the season if things are not what they are supposed to be, a top 4 finish (minimum) and no more than 10 points off the top then things obviously get evaluated. any red that cant support that logic and is calling for mourhinio to replace rafa now, mourhinio a cunt who denies our 5th glory is legit is a gob****e fredo. thats my perspective for you

I still feel that Rafa is the man to take us forward, no matter where we finish this season, in my own opinion. Maybe people have been saying too soon that with the players we bought this season that we should challenge right away. I was a bit pessimistic on that from the off personally because United did spend on quality players and they are a better team. We mainly bought young players, Torres and Beni being the only proven ones of the lot.

As Rafa said since the beginning, to have any chance of catching up with them, we need to take a step further than our rivals, and that side of the equation hasn't been fulfilled by the americans to date.

Yes, they should be given time to sort it out, but it's one year since the take over.

Any talk of Rafa being sacked or not good enough is ludicrous.

the buck cant always keep being passed on the owners. they had nothing to do with the last few ****e performances on the pitch by rafa and the players. if we are asking fans to stand up and be counted, then the players and the manager must also respond to beating absoloute **** ****ing teams.

I agree, absolutely, but I also think that the atmosphere around is detrimental to the team performances. If we all stick together, we will turn the corner.

It's a bit like in your family, when someone is having a **** time about things. Stick with it and get through it. Absolute faith with someone we feel is good enough has the reverse effect. I'll be stronger knowing everyone (or most) is behind me. Maybe Rafa's main problem is the way he rallies his troops ?

rafas main problem is rafa with some players under performing or not good enough.
